How to order your network of the future

Five steps to taking control of your communications network:

1. Firstly request a quotation from the sales team, either by phoning the office on 0845 838 2414 or completing the quotation page. Once we have received the information required to produce a quotation, then our design team will plan your route using the best and most cost effective technologies. H2O Networks work in close partnership with the water authorities and the route is decided by both parties.
2. Ordering is simple, once you have received a quotation from the sales team, decide on the number or fibres you require (our technical team can help you with that) and the term of the contract if you have requested various options. Simply call the sales team. We will then build your requirements into a Networks Connection Agreement document for you to sign and return back to H2O Networks.
3. Once we have the agreement signed an experienced project engineer is assigned to your project. The project engineer will be responsible for the project from order placement to completion and you will be provided with regular updates on the status of the build.
4. Once the build is complete an OTDR test is carried our and presented to you with the Service Level Agreement. Once you are happy the project is signed off by you and you will be free to use the amazing power of dark fibre at any bandwidth you wish.
